About Seji
Passion-oriented designing
Across multiple disciplines
I am Arjun Saji Panichikkal (call me Seji instead), a Kerala-based designer. I began my design journey with graphic design, branding, and visual communication, expanding into logo design, brand identity, packaging, and UI/UX. Over four years, I’ve worked on real-world projects in logo designing and branding, and led design teams for major college events.
With a background in BTech Computer Science from GCE Kannur, I combine design with technology to create purposeful digital experiences. Today, I work across visual and digital design, using Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Wordpress to turn ideas into refined, functional outcomes.

Best student award winner
of Opentutor Design School
Batch 08
Winning the Best Student Award means a lot to me, as it reflects the hard work and dedication I have put into design. It is a recognition of how seriously I have taken my work and how much I have grown as a designer.
Winning this was not easy. I had to sacrifice sleep and personal time to complete my work within the deadline, while making sure every criterion was met and the final work maintained a high level of quality.

Liora Beauty & Bridal
logo design & brand identity
This identity was designed for a real beauty and bridal salon within a one-week timeline, translating the client’s requirements into a warm, premium visual system. The logo combines a feminine profile, flowing hair, and wood-grain-inspired pattern within a rounded salon arch.
Through client-led refinements and practical applications across signage, glass doors, reception branding, business cards, and social media, the project reflects my ability to turn a design concept into a cohesive, market-ready identity while working within real-world constraints.
Design competition submission
Kerala Govt. Priyadarshini Initiative
logo design contest submission
Designed for the Kerala Government’s Priyadarshini women’s free travel initiative, this identity brings together Kerala’s native identity and women’s mobility in a single visual. The hornbill—Kerala’s state bird—is seamlessly merged with a woman’s silhouette, while the bus integrated into the bird’s casque subtly connects the symbol to KSRTC and public transport.
Developed within two days for the official logo design contest, the project reflects my approach to creating identities that are not only visually distinctive but also rooted in purpose, context, and place. With the results yet to be announced, this remains a project I’m particularly proud of for the thought and meaning built into its execution.

Scene’n’Seen Competition
logo design & brand identity
As part of a group competition conducted by OpenTutor Design School, students from the Design and Digital Marketing departments were challenged to create a completely new product from the ground up.
Our team developed Calmix, a relief balm designed around the needs of stressed and fatigued users. I was responsible for developing its logo and brand identity, translating the product’s purpose into a distinct visual language.
The project won the competition for its unique design approach, visual consistency, and cohesive brand execution.

Jooz soft drinks
logo design & brand identity
Jooz is a 100% Pulp-based fictional drinks brand that offers delicious drinks in 3 flavours; Orange Ooze, Bluberry Blast, and Grape Gore.
Jooz has a Wordmark logo style which contains 2 straw vectors as negative space to form letter ‘Z’.

Lickizo Ice Candy
logo design & brand identity
Lickizo is a fictional ice candy brand created for children who love fruity treats. Its vibrant identity reflects youth, playfulness, and energy.
Available in Strawberry Strike and Blueberry Bloom, Lickizo stands out with fruit pieces on top and inside every candy.
The wordmark logo of Lickizo is unique as it itself shows the shape of the ice candy by combining the letters ‘L’ and ‘i’. This in-turn shows my ability in designing logos with meaning.

Xplore’24 National Tech-fest
Brochure design
Xplore’24 was a national-level tech fest conducted by the Government College of Engineering Kannur, where I was selected as the Design Lead.
I was responsible for designing the event brochure, highlighting the fest’s key attractions and experiences through a clean and engaging visual system.
The brochure was designed entirely in Canva, making this one of my earlier design projects. Despite working within the limitations of a lightweight design tool—and without AI assistance—the project reflects my early understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, composition, and information design, while demonstrating my ability to create polished, professional communication materials with accessible tools.

Event brochure design
One of my finest design projects, I led the creative process for this brochure, developing the front cover from scratch and designing the layouts across its various sections.
The project reflects my attention to detail and precision in visual composition—carefully considering spacing, hierarchy, layout, and structure to create a visually engaging experience that allows readers to navigate the content naturally and effortlessly.
